Discuss possible financing methods
Estimate closing costs and net profits
Prepare MLS information forms
Take a high resolution picture of the property
2. Execution
Input property into the MLS
Internet exposure: fir.com, luxuryrealestate.com, realtor.com, herald.com, etc.
Produce virtual tours when appropriate
Install a "For Sale" sign on the property if appropriate
Write ads emphasizing the outstanding features and benefits of the property
Produce marketing material- Informational Brochure
Distribute information on the property to our associates
Provide "Preparation for Showing" suggestions
Review buyer targeting and marketing strategy
3. Distribution
Provide "Highlight" sheet on the property
Distribute flyers/brochures describing the property
Proceed with media placement (advertising)
Mail "Just Invited" cards to neighbors & visit some personally
Discuss property in weekly sales meetings
Discuss holding an "Open House"
Promote property for possible Broker's Open House
Conduct targeted direct meetings
4. Follow Up
Comprehensive review of marketing efforts to date
Call other Brokers who have listings in the area
Give updates on current financing & market conditions
